"so i ordered parts for my wife's camry , coated rotors with ceramic pads , at a very competitive price , no complaints.
John on their chat service was very honest and knowlegeable when i had questions about my summer car ( boxster '08)
and was able to provide me with quality parts for a good price.
as for our family beater car ( grand caravan 2010) got coated rotors and carbon pads that worked very well no issue whatsoever!! looking at some of the negative reviews some people left , my opinion is they think since its an online store they have more rights and or priviledges versus a walk in part store in your common neighbourhood. Never in a walk in part store (my great uncle owned one in Kamloops BC) would they a compensation payment or discount if the one of the parts did not fit and the car is on the lift etc etc etc. do that in a walk in part store , and anybody would laugh at you (honestly).
Overall , i recommend this website , and as a repeat customer i have just a good honest service with this website.

"I posted negative reviews on two sites describing how Crossdrilled Rotors ignored me for 3 months when the rotors I bought from them for my 2010 Prius rotted out well within the promised warranty period (as confirmed by 2 mechanics and the Toyota dealer). They tried to blame the mechanics. Within hours. I received a response to a January email (as if it had just gotten lost in the ether for 3 months. offering to replace rotors as per the warranty. [Coincidence?]
After some back and forth (by email so I can prove it) it turns out that if and only if I retracted the negative reviews, would they fulfill their legal obligation as per Sam Eska. To quote SAM "It is very easy, you left 2 negative reviews,one on reseller ratings and one on site jabber, go in, and click edit. Its the only way I'll send you new ones." Fortunately I made no promise to leave the reviews retracted!
They have no integrity, and I wouldn't deal with them again if they were the only source for quality brakes... fortunately they are not!
I apologize to anyone who might have been misled by my temporary removal of the negative comments."
"I ordered a set of Cross Drilled rotors (Front and rear) for my 2002 Lexus IS300. Seemed to be a great price and good reviews online. SO i decided to order them. I paid through paypal and got a notification on paypal that i have paid. I got no email confirmation or invoice from them. I waited 4 days and decided to call their roll free line during operating hours, but no answer. I tried multiple times and had to resort to using their live chat. I got a hold of someone and they were able to send me and invoice and tracking number. I was fine. I received the rotors yesterday and i opened them, only to be very disappointed. The rear rotors seemed fine but it was when i opened the front rotors that got me shook. The pictures online that they show do not come close to resembling the product that was sent to me. I ordered drilled rotors and that was only 6 points where there was a row of cross drills. The image only shows about double. The rear rotors had double the cross drills than the front. These are supposed to be a matching set.
Again i try to get a hold of them by calling, emailing throughout their site and the only way i could get a hold of them was throughout the Live chat. This is what really set me off. They told me they could give me a partial refund of 20% if i kept them, or ship them back and have the fronts redrilled. He then threatens me that he will end the chat because I'm being "Rude". I am upset because what i received is not what i ordered. It was falsely advertised on their site. I wanted a full refund for it all and not pay shipping to send it back. They told me that I wouldn't have to pay to ship the front but I would have to pay to ship the rears and pay a 20% restocking fee because the rears weren't the problem. But I bought this as a set of matching front and rear rotors. Why would I have to pay restocking if the whole order is incorrect? A set is supposed to match. I didn't get an answer back because the person i was dealing with, John, ended the chat and i could no longer communicate.
This isn't the end. So I go on the computer at home and open the live chat and asked if i could ask a couple questions. I get John again. He says "sure" so i ask about getting a refund for my brakes rotors that i ordered but were not the same as advertised. He doesn't answer but he leaves the chat!!! This has really made me upset. Now i am stuck with their falsely advertised rotors with no one communicating anything to me and i cannot get a hold of anyone.
Long story short I would NEVER, I mean, NEVER order off these crooks. Sub par products and completely disgusting customer service. "

"Last fall 2016 I bought a cross drilled brake kit from DBC. Installed and did notice some wobbling on the front brakes. Since I needed a safety when master mechanic looked over vechicle he mentioned the front rotors were warped by 9thou which enough to cause excessive wobbling when he had the car for braking. I did leave the car in storage over the winter and would get new replacements since they are warranty from warping. I did send two emails through the site and never heard back a peep when I gave them same story. Wasn't happy since it was manufactures defect and obviously customer service is only on the buy side and not on servicing. I would not recommend them."
