"My pads lasted less than a year. The oem brakes that were on before i changed these pads originally are still rocking like a champ. I didnt notice any braking difference so far either. Trying them again anyways. Also my first car i got the pads and rotors they sent me the wrong rotors for my car. I made sure i detailed my car model to the T. Hopefully these pads do better fingers crossed."

"Have to start off by saying THANKS ask much to Mike, he assisted me in getting my Rotors and brake pads for my Jaguar XF 2010! Well guess what, they are rusting. When I notified them with my concern, they said to sand them down ever so often. Then they did not reply anymore and left me hanging. Are you kidding me. I paid extra for the package to have no problem such as this. They sent the wrong clips also. At least they replaced these. Horrible performance from this company. Buyer be ware."

"I'm not going to write a long story. I ordered a kit of front rotors and pads + kit of rear rotors and pads, both slots/cross drill for Lexus IS 350 2015. Result: No purchase confirmation, and the shipping took 2 weeks. The Rotors i've receive are regular raybestos rotors looks like they were drilled by hand and painted with a rattle can. The pads are from transit warehouse (probably made in china). The hardware kit inside the box are from monroe (word written on the bag). I don't even think the rotors have the crossdrill double pattern shown on the website pictures. Do not buy with them!"

"I ordered their complete cross drilled rotor and pad kit for about $600 (taxes included). The product that showed up were not as advertised.

There was significant paint overspray and the drilled holes were dangerously done by hand and incorrectly straight which weakens the rotors more than necessary.

Unfortunately, I ordered these prior to the review earlier this month. The company has responded to say that they will send me four new rotors without charge.

I will report the outcome when they arrive and hope that they will not have paint overspray and holes drilled along the structural vein.

Update April 8, 2019 - I have just received the four new rotors and they are good quality and professionally processed. The rotors look as advertised, with no paint overspray and consistent drilled holes as advertised.

The experience did not go well initially but they fixed the problem by sending the high quality product I was expecting. I think that are a reseller/sales agent so do not have control over the product quality but even thought the initial experience was not good, it was all good in the end!

Consequently, I have upgraded my rating because the company recovered from the poor initial experience. Well done.

"I purchased a complete set of their best rotors and pads on January 29th 2019. After 3 weeks and two attempts to cancel the order because I could not get a straight answer from them. I received two rotors and a small box with lose packed brake pads. Definitely not as advertised! Rotors are rusted and pitted. Tried again to connect with them via phone and by email. Zero response. I mailed the rotors and pads back to the address they shipped from. Refused! During all this, I found a large number of people that have posted basically the same story about Crossdrilledrotors.ca being a scam. I am now waiting for the credit card company to finish the fraud investigation so I can get my money back. Do not even think about purchasing anything from Crossdrilledrotors.ca it is a scam. Just look into them online you will see the many scam alert postings from other people who have been scammed by DBC. Wish I looked into them before I purchased."
