"I replaced my rotors on my truck about every 60k miles. every other time i change the brake pads. These rotors are great, dont make noise. They dont create much dust with their respective brake pads, I dont need to turn them or anything. just remove the old ones, slap the new ones on, new brake pads, and you are done. "I purchased rotors and pads from Cross Drilled Rotors .They came ,rotors did not match the description of the rotors I purchased.I called and got the run around , full voice mail ,closed message in the mid morning, afternoon.Emailed, no response, after about a week of wasting my time I finally got through to Mike .He told me it was their mistake and to send the rotors back for refund. He sent shipping labels . Shipped them back.No refund posted to my Visa, Called ,emailed same result no response.Again finally got to Mike on the phone .I told him the Fedex tracking indicated the rotors were delivered back to them .He said oh yes I see it will pass this on to the accounting department and you will have your credit to Visa in 24 hours.Well that was 3 weeks ago and no credit ,Called Visa no attempt has been made to issue a credit .Called, emailed CDR no response.Cross Drilled Rotors (Or the salesman ) is ripping off hard working people.Do not buy unless you are willing to take the chance.The brake pads they sent I did use, on my machined rotors and they Squeal and chatter. "I purchased a set of pads and rotors from this company. When installed the rotors were severely warped, to the point where the vehicle was not driveable. I contacted them and they sent me a second set of rotors. Unfortunately they were worse than the first set. Luckily the money wasted wasn't a huge amount. Im out $200.00. I threw out the pads and rotors and went with another supplier. If you choose to purchase from here, I hope you get some good quality parts.

"I recently purchased a rotor and pad package from CDR. After searching what seemed like forever for what I needed, performance brakes for my 2014 Infiniti Q50S, I almost resorted to going to the dealer for these.
Then I found these guys. Within 3 days I had a very good set of brakes, the only question was would they fit??

I am absolutely disgusted on how this is being handled. I purposefully bought my brakes from a Canadian company to support our nation, get prompt service and quick shipping.
