I called ahead of time to see if the car I was interested in was even available and I spoke to Ryan who told me that it wasn’t but it was available at a different location however he would have no problem getting it for me and bringing it back to the dealership we were at. "I bought my TUNDRA 2024 I love it but the deal was to put sideboards installed and include them in the price and they did but when 8/02 to my appointment they didn’t have those sideboards they needed to be ordered so they told me is going to take a while for them to get here I ordered a back bed cover with them I paid for it came in 3days but not the sideboards? Is being 15 days and I called yesterday for the status and no one can tell me by when I will get them And after a while I received an email saying that my order was placed! I think they are messing with me "
"I ordered parts online and they did not call to tell me they were in. I had to call them. I've had better service when ordering parts online from another local dealership and will probably go back to them. Most of the staff don't seem to care much and have a disgruntled air about them. "
