"Tried to get a refund on an item. Purchased an item for pick up, but then requested a refund within a couple of days because they had a sale. I followed the directions in the email to request a refund and it said they would contact me to complete it. They never contacted me. Finally I went in and they were very rude and said that I was responsible for contacting them. I explained that I followed the directions to request a refund and they were the ones that didn't contact me. They offered to only refund the sale price, which was the item I received in the mail. I had to argue with them and tell them that I requested a refund before ordering another one. They eventually gave me a refund, but we're not nice at all during the experience. I will not be purchasing any more items for my Toyota. I will be looking for another dealer that values their customers. They treated me like I was doing something wrong and they were doing me a favor. "

"Took about as week to have an online pick up order ready. When I stopped by, the doors weren't opening and shutting like they should because of the strong winds in the area, which I understand. But a worker rudely asked me to shut the door because the winds were knocking down merchandise according to her, which there wasn't any knocked down merchandise in the one minute I was in. Another employee helped pick up my order, and while I was leaving, the same first employee managed to give a rude tone to close the door on my way out even though she didn't help me at all with my order, and I already got the concept of you making customer open and shut the doors for you. Honestly if the winds and doors are such a problem, maybe you should work on a solution rather than troubling customers to open and close the doors while being rude. What's frustrating is I don't mind the door issue, just try asking politely.
Even thou this is out of my way, I would definitely be back again because it might've just been a bad day for her and the other guys seem decent. And especially because my other dealership,Toyota of Montclair, are much worst in everyway in the multiple visits I have made."
