"the whole experience was easy, from looking up what i needed to purchasing the speakers and getting them shipped to me. The Infiniti ref speakers are great and sound awesome but i wish the box came with better instructions especially with an explanation about the tweeters that come with them because of the button they have on it. Also the mounting kit that was added to my order was good and did fit but they only have one slot for the speaker wire to come out of and with these speakers you want to try and angle them a certain way so i found this very difficult to do since the wires did not reach the connections. i don't see why they don't add more slots so you have more options on how to have them wired. "
"2 Sonos speakers were ordered on April 30 with 2 day free shipping. Speakers arrived on May 11 after a tour of the U.S. Shipped by USPS, the speakers left VA for Philly, from Philly to Wilmington Dist Center (just a few miles from my post office and home), and then from Wilmington to Lake Mary, FL. After a couple days enjoying FL, the speakers left for Jersey City, NJ. After arriving in NJ and spending a day there, the speakers headed back to Wilmington, DE. They arrived at my post office in DE on May 11. On May 6, I told Crutchfield Customer Service that tracking showed the speakers in FL. Customer Service indicated that tracking showed they would still be delivered to DE by end of day, and nothing they could do. As mentioned earlier, speakers arrived on May 11, too late for my planned weekend use of them."
