"I went to pick up my online order. I walked in and the gentleman in charge of the parts was on the phone. I overheard him advising him about a part that the caller was inquiring about. He was polite and was helpful to the caller. He spoke to him for about two minutes while I was there and at the end told him to call back if he had additional questions. My transaction was quick as I was just picking up 2 oil filters. But overhearing how well that caller was treated confirms why I go to this dealer. It shows me that if I have a question about a part in the future, I can ask and they will be as helpful as they can. I was in & out quickly and will return when I need another Toyota part. "
