"I ordered two swimsuits. One fit, one did not. There is no number to call so have to email Cupshe. I emailed because had problems logging in. They wrote back asking questions about info I already explained could not find. I did take awhile to get back to them as I went out of town and after that they shut me out saying it was after return time frame, yet I had originally contacted them well within time frame and was now a few days outside of period. No flexibility, no working with me. Just “too bad”. Lost a future customer. Not worth buying from an online company like this if they cannot work with you.
UPDATE: Cupshe reached out to me and accepted my return. I will give them a higher rating for the customer service contact. Hopefully they will continue this return policy in the future. My daughter loves the swimsuits!"

"The bathings suits are very cute but provide virtually no breast support. Unless you have a very small cup size or have breast implants, these bathings suits are not for you. Returning your items is a huge headache. You can not initiate a return online but must email the customer service and go through back and forth emails. You can't return items on final sale. You must pay for your own shipping and the company does not even provide you with a shipping label or return receipt. You must take a photo of your tracking number and email it to them. It does not seem like a legitimate business but an online business being run out of someone's home. I will never shop from this website again. You can find swimwear that is just as stylish and for the same price in legitimate establishments with no hastle return policies. I am still waiting to see how my refund will be processed."

"I have ordered two bathing suits on cupshe.com. In the following day, I found out that they are selling the same products on Aliexpress at much lower prices. I requested to refund me the differences of US$18, but they refused. This company is a scam. It’s a Chinese company with business registration number in US.
I'm filling my refund two days after placing my order. Will update my experience after dealing with them.

Everyone knows Aliexpress is not only for wholesale but also retail. Don’t try to fool me. I’m a Aliexpress long-term customer. I have sent them my refund request but they are ignoring it. Please give my money back and I don’t want the bathing suits anymore. I will file a complaint on BBB as well.

They changed my rating from 1 star to 5. Unbelievable! They sent me another email and did not meantion my refund request. And they has changed Aliexpress to Amazon to avoid others seeing it. What a unethical company! Here is their response:
