Having the freedom to play with shirt design ideas, print colors, and shirt colors on my own was really great fun, a neat experience, saving my shirt idea to go back to very easily, much more than once. Then, on two occasions, I "chatted" with the CustomInk folks live, to ask for their expertise and advice. They helped with my text font sizes (a lot) and discussed shirt colors, to improve on my ideas. Really was fun designing the shirt on my own and then be able to consult with the experts via "chat" to make it even better. "This is a great product combined with great service. The quality of the product appears to be outstanding and the printing is great! I will definitely use this again. The design website was a little confusing at first: I couldn't figure out how to switch from front to back, for example (I thought "rotate" meant "rotate the design". Later I realized it meant "rotate the tee-shirt to show the back side"). After a few tries, I was able to use it successfully. The interaction with customer service was excellent, helping to clear up another area of confusion for me over what selecting colors for the art meant. The shirt and printing quality are excellent."
