"I was astounded by the computer I bought from CyberpowerPC. I bought a high-end laptop intended for usage as a good gaming computer and a really good digital artwork computer. It's done fantastic.
The site is complete and fairly straightforward. One con is those not familiar with computer parts may find the buttons confusing, but I think the staff will walk you through building a computer. Also, the system allows complete customization and checks to make sure it will work great. To sweeten the deal they often throw in bonuses. I got a six dollar keyboard, and a free mouse and headset. That would probably cost me like $150 elsewhere. Plus some other bonuses.
The shipping took a REALLY long time, that is a con. I suppose this is because they seem focused on cutting cost wherever possible, which resulted in me waiting weeks to receive my computer. My brother bought from another company and they had it to him in a day. However, buying my laptop from said company would have cost twice as much, and that was the big turning point for me. This computer was WAY below what I thought it would be.
The quality is incredible. This computer runs smoothly, without bugs. Solid case construction, heavy ports, it weighs a bunch but when it's sporting two hard drives and all that it's kind of impossible not to. I've only experienced a little lag running extremely high-powered programs. The wireless card is fantastic and internet games run perfect as long as you've got enough internet bandwidth.
All in all, an amazing computer. I'm super happy."

Reasonable Option
"The computer was easy to set up, reasonably priced, and does what I need it to do. As a seller, CyberpowerPC sent the computer well packaged, film on all glass surfaces and foam inside to protect the components. The keyboard and mouse that came with it do not quite agree with my hands (my pinky tends to start feeling a bit numb after using the mouse for too long). The tower is also just a bit taller than I was anticipating, but that is my own fault for not looking at the specifications closely enough. "
