"This is a follow up post regarding an order placed prior to Christmas. The order consisted of 3 office pieces in 3 boxes, 1 of which ( the desk ) was damaged by the shipper and never delivered. The frustration came with the delays in getting a timely replacement or a partial refund. Ultimately after phone calls and emails detailing my frustration with the situation, I was contacted by Travis K. Travis was apologetic for the delays and took 2 actions. First he expedited the delivery of a replacement unit and then without prompting offered a partial refund of the order.

"I purchased a Serta office chair about 3 1/2 years ago. I liked it so much, I bought another one a few months ago. Although it looked the same and was the same model number, the new chair felt totally different from old chair. The seat was soft and saggy and I sank in it when I sat down. I couldn't sit in it for very long because it gave me a back ache. I could see a difference in the two chairs just by looking at them. The cushion cover had slack and I could see that it wasn't as full as my old chair. I called and emailed Cymax several times and spoke to John S each time. He acted like he was going to find a solution but nothing ever came from it. The last time I spoke to John S, he acted surprised that Serta hadn't sent me a new chair. After that he had me send him pictures of the labels on the bottom of the chair. I never heard from him again and he wouldn't respond to my voice messages or email.
Update 1/2/2020
I received a voicemail from Travis at Cymax on a Saturday in November. I'm not sure why he would think I would be in the office late on a Saturday, but he left a message saying that they had sent me messages on this website to which I haven't responded to and that he wanted to come to a resolution about the problem. I don't frequent this site, but never did get any messages. I returned the phone call during regular business hours and there was no answer. I left a phone message requesting that he call me back. I have never heard from him since."
