"Due to circumstances beyond my control the room for this furniture was not ready when the shipment arrived and all the boxes sat in my living room till after the 30 day return period had passed. When I went to open the boxes I noticed a small hole in one of them, about 1 inch in size. It didn’t seem significant enough to cause any damage. But when I opened the box I found one of the panels was severally damaged. I tried to fill out a claim but their website encountered an error. Then when I emailed them they flat out refused to even try to help in replacing the damaged piece.

UPDATE:
I recently got a call from this merchant apologizing for the way I was treated and for their slow response to this issue. Bottom line is I was able to get replacement parts from the manufacturer (Bush Industries) free of charge and now, although a bit late, Cymax has reached out and agreed that this should never have happened."

"My daughter found this table she loved at old furniture liquidators - it would have been expensive to deliver and too big to take with us - I thought - bet I can have that delivered - we found one she liked even more - for less by the same designer. There was a small blemish under the top but you had to climb under the table to see it and it wasn’t worth the trouble of sending back - will use them again for sure."
