"What a joke!!! I ordered at 4 piece bush office furniture desk for my wife and waited almost 3 weeks, and called customer service because the tracking system wasn't working. I was told by Cymax that 2 of the 4 items were damaged and being shipped again, and it would take an additional 2 weeks. Last week I got a call from the freight company, stating they would be out the next day with my order. Well they came with 4 boxes, and 2 were very badly damaged, so bad you could see that the actual wood parts of the desk were broken. I refused the 2 items, and was told they would ship replacements. I waited a week and never got a call or email from Cymax, so I called today, and they knew nothing about the damaged products. They wait for the customer to call before they do anything. Now I have to wait until they notify the shipper and ask for photos before they send out replacements. This is crazy. Also, the 2 boxes I accepted, most of the items were scratched. I am not a happy camper!!!"

"I ordered a home style Bedford compact office cabinet ebony it was just what i thought it would be, it was wrap perfect however a piece was damage during the shipment, but it was a slide in piece that no one will notice, as we finish the cabinet together we notice that the door was higher then the other and the file cabinet drawer was hard to slide in and out.I call to let them know about was was wrong they were willing to help however i had to take a picture and email them it was a task because it was all together and you could get a perfect picture and to spend so much on the cabinet, they should of wanted to automatically send you the pieces you requested, since i could get the picture i just kept it"

However, the outsides were a bit dinged up so we were worried that the melamine frame might be damaged. Once we opened the boxes, every single piece was so well protected that nothing was damaged at all! Moreover, putting the entire bed together was as painless as could be.
