"I just got my second replacement set of aluminum jalousie-window louvers.
I have an old house in Los Angeles and its vintage jalousie window hardware is decaying (over 50 years old) It means a lot to me that DK has these replacements, and gets them out fast. The modern design is slightly different than my old 1960s jalousie frames - installation requires trimming the glass louvers by approx. 1/2" The key to doing this successfully is a WET TILE SAW. That cuts the glass cleanly.
Thank you for continuing to carry and supply these for our loving restorations (you have to love jalousie windows to keep them, but they give a unique ambiance in old houses of warm climates) I hope everyone has beautiful day"
