"Twice I have ordered Hyde razor blades with the centered square cut hole, as shown at your website, to fit my specific Hyde box cutters. The first order received contained plain razor blades without the requisite square hole which will not fit in my box cutters. I called customer service and was told by Jonah he would make a “note” so my reorder would be for the correct Hyde razor blades. Imagine my dismay when the second order was again for the same wrong blades - I now have nine packs of blades that will not fit my box cutters.

If the Hyde blades with the square hole are not available then you really should update your website to reflect only those products you have. It’s extremely frustrating to try over and over to buy one item and get another. Disappointed."
