The order was placed may 3 2022. Communication with Paul Bondoc was horrible. I would send 1 email a week just checking on my missing item. After 4-5 weeks I would get a email with no real answers or solutions.
on September 30th I recieve an email stating that they will not refund or reship the missing item. (I have the packing slip showing 1 item on shipment)
So now I have to waste my time to file a claim with the courts.
I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone, and urge others to stop before you get burned too."

"We own a very modern (and rare) living room wall unit purchased in Switzerland fifteen years ago or more. It has curved glass doors with European self-closing hinges. After years of use, a plastic piece in the hinges began breaking, causing the doors to no longer close properly. Well, we searched the Internet worldwide, and the ONLY place we found that carried these hinges was DK Hardware. Thank you so much! And, I installed the replacement hinges myself! "
"Good selection and prices, but the international shipping was outrageous; especially on an item that weighs almost nothing. It cost me less to have it shipped to Florida and then have it shipped to Canada. I would definitely order more if the shipping wasn’t such an issue. I’m not sure which courier they use, but they need to change if they want more Canadian customers. "
