"The product was delayed by over three weeks. No one let me know of this delay. The first time I called to find out, the clerk told me it would be delivered in a couple of days. A week went by and I called again. That clerk told me that it would be shipping out the next day. What?

Tried calling several times but couldn't get through. (try it and see) Finally my order shipped 20 days later then took time to be delivered also. Wasn't a special order or anything close. So took a long time without any customer service provided. Need to respond and make calling in actually possible."
