Waited probably two weeks, called to find out what was going on. Was told it was backorder, and that it should be in June 4th. Started chat with them around the 4th, they said now due in the 11th. Chatted on the 11th, they said wait till the 25th. Tired of waiting, I told them to reduce the order and send what they had. Got two pieces, hope its enough.
Take away: I understand that the pandemic has put a strain on the supply chain. An email telling me I ordered 3, they only had two would have been very valuable. I get similar emails from Target and Amazon when there are delays. Nothing here."
"Right after installing the balancer its cord got wedged between metal part halves of the lower fixed pully assembly and jammed up the assembly. I have a photo I can send you if you provide an email. I previously ordered 2 others and the same thing happed to them but I didn't understand why it was happening until now."
