"I placed an order first week in december and until now, Jan 3, I have nothing, only a suppose tracking number ,without the courier's name, so, I can't tracking.
I tried to cancel the order a week after placed the order, and Janina said I couldn't cause more than 24 hours had passed.

Thankfully it was only a $7 purchase because I still have not received the item even after contacting Daily Grabs customer care on 8/4/15 and then three times since. "I order 5 product 5 weeks ago, 4 of them I got fairly quickly but the last product did not show up. I emailed them and got a quick response saying that the vendor that was supposed to ship that last product had a shipping issue and they no longer work with them. They took responsibility for the vendors mess up and got a new one shipped out to me. Happy to see that they are standing behind the vendors mistake and fixing the issue."
"I have identical issues to the reviewers before me. They have failed to deliver 6 weeks into the purchase!! The seller does not have the decency of even providing the customer with the update, unless we contact them!! I will need to pick this up with Paypal. Shoppers beware of this site!! "
"Ordered a set of bluetooth headphones, they say shipping takes 2-4 weeks. I said meh, the price is ok so I bought it and waited. 5 weeks after I placed the order I looked only and there was a tracking number for my shipment, but when I put the tracking number in the USPS site. there was no match. I contacted support and they quickly emailed me back saying it sometimes takes a couple days for the tracking information to update. I know that this is true depending on how they shipped it, as many times I've recieved something from another retailer before the record had even updated. But now a week later, over a month since I placed the order, there is still no sign of it and no tracking information. Fortunately I paid using paypal so I have initiated a chargeback."

"I made a many orders but on my most recent order one of the Bluetooth headphones came smashed, looks like it was during shipping.
