"I ordered a Swarovski Elements pendant and a pair of earrings. One of the earrings was a bit damaged so I reached out to their support team and they asked me to send them a picture of the damaged area which I did and withing 24 hours they arranged a new pair to be sent out to me. Props to dailygrabs for taken quick action and its nice to deal with a friendly company.

"I ordered reading glasses 8 weeks ago. I e-mailed to ask where my order was and they wrote back saying the usual nothing. I'm still, 3 weeks later, trying to get a real answer. Nothing. They no longer even answer my e-mails. No apology, no compensation, certainly no offer of a refund. Stay away from this company: it's a scam, offers empty promises, and you'll be lucky if your order arrives-- after 10 e-mails and counting."

"When I first shopped at Daily Grabs I didn't know what to expect, so I ordered small items first. Things arrived and were fine, so over the year I moved on to many other things from Cameras, to several types of earphones, superhero aprons, massage electronics, and even toys.

There was one item for kids that I did not like and I emailed them about it. They were very professional and promptly refunded me the full credit amount in GBucks. Though I had to pay for the shipping of the product back, I felt it was fine considering I've had free shipping all along on my other items.

I'm waiting for a product that hadn't arrived at the estimated time. I've emailed customer service about it and they are pro and reassuring.

I'd be shopping here again and will be excited at what other goodies get featured. Things are packaged like OEM, but I like the prices and free shipping too much to care about box art.

"I received a little piece of metal in the mail 20 days after placing an order for a Pack of 8 Fusion 5 Gillette Compatible Razor Blades!, a 216-Piece Magnetic Puzzle Cube Set, a Mystery Jewelry Box! and a Slim Wallet & Case for iPhone (iPhone 4/4s – Black). My order was just under $70. I have just received a small piece of metal about 2 inches by one inch that has 216 little metal balls from china with a declared value of $5 and it states it is a desk toy. That is apparently the 216 piece magnetic puzzle cube set...Very unhappy. I called the 1-***-***-**** number listed on the packaging and when i did, I received a recording saying they do not have a phone line and to email them. I did that as well.. Josh did email me back promptly and said to expect each item separately and that this is the item I ordered basically. I am not sure how a child is supposed to play with the "set" since it fits in the palm of my hand. "

"I ordered a Swarowski Crystal set or earrings, bracelet and band. I received a package from China with fakes. To top it all the package was insured for $3. That tells you the value of the jewelry I purchased. Beware that they are falsely advertising what they are selling."
