Don't know why I am receiving an email about writing a review for my item because I still haven't received it yet. I ordered my item on August 3rd, wasn't informed when I ordered that the item had to be reordered and only received the email a week later. I waited till the 12th for it to ship. I don't understand why it cannot be stated on the site BEFORE I purchased my item that it has to be ordered and I only could find out more than a week later. On top of this, let's not forget I still haven't received my item.. When I sent an enquiry to DailyLook, I got an automated response askig me to reply back to the email with a detailed description of my problem when I had already done so in my previous email... Do all enquiries sent just go straight to a machine? It's ridiculous!
If I could have been told about my item having to be reordered and me not having to wait for over a week, I think w lot of this unhappiness could be avoided. I am leaving for a couple of weeks for vacation, wanted the perfect wardrobe, bought that jumpsuit to attend an event, can't believe I bought it nearly a month ago, still haven't received it, not sure if I can bring it with me anymore... And now I receive an email for a review of the item I haven't received.
I am more than disappointed with how DailyLook handles their customers and orders. I don't usually bother taking time to even write bad reviews, but this really disappointed me because I expected so much more. "
