"I needed help to wittle down my cart to $1000.00 - I started with $1,600. I always put items in my cart that I truly like but I am not thinking about their cost. Once I am done, I go back to take a look to see how I can coordinate my outfits with what I have at home. I have trouble because I want to take everything home. I asked for help through the chat and Jennifer was so kind and patient. I asked her to review my basket to help me coordinate for grad school. She asked appropriate questions about what I wanted to project and etc. We worked on it and voila! It was hard for me but she always reminded me I can always come back to purchase what we took out. Total reassurance since she would check on stock! How fantastic is that!

"I ordered several dresses from different websites to try on for an upcoming wedding. Dailylook.com blew the other out of the water with my experience! First they had an amazing selection to pick from, I found a very unique designer dress that was sold out everywhere else. The ordering was easy and the shipping was really fast. My package came with a really nice note and wrapped in a cute way that made me feel really special. It's was all about the details! I ultimately went with a vintage dress I found in an antique store so when I went to return I was really upset that I could not find one of the tags for the dress. The dress still had all of the packaging and was in mint condition unworn so the very nice "chat" associate told me that they can still accept the dress for returns. "DL was apparently out of stock of what I ordered. Instead of letting me know, they substituted a completely different item and scribbled on the invoice I could "RTS" (return to sender) if I wanted. Since they charge a fee for returns under $75, this was definitely frustrating. I didn't get what I ordered, and in order to get a refund I had to get on the phone with Customer Service. Still waiting on my refund. Not a good experience. St"

It seems like they haven't even started to process my order. I sent email asking questions but I don't really get the answer I was expecting. Nobody reply me on facebook either.
