"Ordered a Boston Accoustics Radio-ipod dock. The unit was had interference in the speakers and static after a couple of days. I contacted DAKmart and requested credit. Customer Service said I could send it back to Boston Accoustics and would be issued a credit. I sent it back to Boston Accoustics and they sent it back to me. When I received it back, part of one of the internal speakers had come loose. I contacted them again and said I wanted a refund; after about two weeks (I sent it back on 05/21 and today is 06/06) I was notified by DAKmart that they would not issue me a refund and I would have to contact the credit card company. The credit card company will not do anything because the merchant is more than 250 miles away. I will never do business with these people again and I am warning anyone thinking of buying fro DAKmart to either not do business with these people or make sure you have some type of buyer protection plan."
"I ordered a B-Stock Denon DBP-4010UDCI Blu-Ray player. This unit sells in Canada new for over $2400. Delivery was EXTREMELY slow but to NO FAULT of Dakmart. It sat for 9 days waiting for Canada Post to clear it through Customs. However, I called Dakmart on Thur, April 15th to express my concern. She said that we should wait until tomorrow and that she would check tracking status. If she had not seen a change, she would call me on my cell. No phone call was received and in the next couple of days I sent 2 emails no response. Fortunately, it arrived yesterday the 21st. Overall, the problem was not their fault but the customer service lacked a little....they were always friendly though. If you are in a hurry, perhaps request UPS. I saved a huge bundle on this one and would use Dakmart again despite this one incident."

"I ordered a rather expensive jewelery armoire. Initially the experience was pleasant. A day or two after the order I received a phone call stating that it would be available and ready for shipment the next day. I received an email as well stating the same. I received the product, and it was opened as a gift. Upon placing it in the room a handle fell off in my hand as I opened a drawer. Upon closer inspection, it had been sent from the factory in a defective state. The base was cracked and weakened. I contacted them via email (including pictures of the defect) to ask for a replacement handle since shipping a 42" box that weighed 50LBS is cost prohibitive. The response was immediate and then nothing. I waited nearly a week and still no response. I wrote again and received an emails stating that they had contacted their supplier and were waiting for a solution. I have waited now for over two months and have yet to receive any response. A rating of 3 stars is being kind at this point."
"I was in the market for a pair of wireless headphones, and since I have bought a lot of products before from the Sony Outlet store I looked at their refurbished items and found the Sony MDR-RF970RK.
Unfortunately Sony wanted over $80 for those headphones shipped, so off to froogle.com I went.
Damark was the lowest bidder, and this was truly one of the cases where I looked at the price and wondered if there was something wrong.
But I just thought, oh well, and $40 and a few days later, I had a spiffy pair of refurbished Sonys that looked really good and worked great.
The service was prompt and the headphones are good.
The Sonys are very comfortable (more than one person who tried them on commented on that aspect of them. There is a little hiss on them at zero volume which is kind of typical for analog headphones of that frequency.
One important thing to remember if you are around computers is that you are careful how you route the RCA cable, or get a better quality cable than the one it comes with.
Overall I would recommend those headphones and Damark as a retailer."
