"DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!
I was buying "BRAND NEW SENNHEISER HD-590HEADPHONES HD590 W/WRNTY". After waiting a week for a shipping notice, I had to email them six times before getting a response. Three days later, they email me back and tell me they won't ship to my work addressd, they will ship to my credit card billing address (my home address). I said that's fine, ship it to my home address. Three more days later, they finally ship.

When I finally get the headphones, they were not in any original package, and they had HUMAN HAIR stuck all over them.

"Purchased headphones that I though were new but in actuality were refurbished. I gave them a bad review and they came back and called me a moron and illiterate. If I lived in Florida I would go over and have a few words with the two men that operate Dakmart. They were very rude to me and I feel that these are the type of people that do not have a right to be selling their goods online."

"Ordered two NEW Motorola T7200 Talkabout radios from Dakmart. The radios received were refurbished and missing the User's Guide. The Web site and receipt clearly stated that the radios are new. "

"We ordered two $250 watches from Dakmart using PayPal. First we were told they were out of stock, then they had a few so we ordered 18 on their website with a credit card. We then got an email stating our shipment was damaged and we would be refunded our money. They then doubled the price of their watches after finding out that it was a popular item. We got the two PayPal payments but the following month, they charged our card for $4700+ and now they will not send the watches or the refund. Very rude also."

"I called on 2/6 to order a Denon receiver and was told it was in stock. After taking my credit card information I was told it cannot be shipped to my home address. I immediately CANCELLED the order. On 2/10 I called my bank and saw I was charged the full amount. I e-mailed dakmart that evening and informed them the order was cancelled and I should not have been charged. I received an e-mail back stating the order WAS cancelled and a credit was issued. One hour later I received another e-mail that was an order confirmation which also stated the item was out of stock.
They charged my card when the order was supposed to have been cancelled. They charged my card when they didn't have anything to send. They lied about cancelling the order, lied about the item being in stock and lied about issuing a credit. As of 2/13 no credit has been received by my bank.
I have notified the Florida attoney general's office and Denon Electronics of the tactics used by this dealer.
