"I tried to order an advertised product. On checkout, the website gave an error messaging stating there was a problem with my Visa card and I should contact my bank. So I tried my Mastercard. Same message.

I emailed Dakmart to ask for alternative options to pay. A few days later, I was told the item wasn't actually in stock. What a waste of time. "

"I purchased a Denon home theater receiver on 9/22/09. On 9/25/09 I contacted Dakmart to check on shipment. Was informed that it was on backorder. What? How is a refurbished item on backorder and why didn't the website say that up front? A week later I contacted them again and still no estimated delivery. I cancelled the order on 10/9/09 and purchased the item elsewhere. On 10/23/09 I got notice that my item had shipped and my credit card was charged. This was one month after my original order and two weeks after I cancelled the order. I let them know immediately that this was a mistake. They were able to contact UPS and have the delivery intercepted and returned. I was able to get the item price back but Dakmart has failed to refund the 46.81 for shipping and return. I shouldn't be paying anything for this miserable experience."

"This invoice refers to an order for a Visioneer XP200 scanner. The ordering process and delivery went perfectly smooth. Unfortunately the scanner was defective (would not scan in color). Upon bringing this to DAKmart's attention, they promptly and cheerfully agreed to exchange for another unit. Again unfortunately, the replacement unit was also defective as confirmed by Visioneer. By this time, I was no longer willing to continue exchanging for what was obviously a troubled Visioneer product.

Obviously DAKmart is not responsible for Visioneer's product quality. But their customer service in the face of these product problems was simply superlative. In every way they were helpful, cooperative and responsive. I will not only do business with them again, I will try to use them as often as possible. THEY ARE A KEEPER!"

"I was completely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered a phone for a special situation and had only one shipping option which made it very inconvenient. When the phone did arrive the handset was broken and a large hole in the base station. I called about the damaged item and the only option was to return, wait and they would send another. A minimum of 6 days. This was not an option. I requested if they sold a compatible phone for the base. Only one person could answer my question and he would be gone for a week. It is apparently a low budget operation which has no cross training and very poor customer relations. I will not do business with this company again. Far to many hoops to get anything done. "

"I find that DAKMART is a no-nonsense, down to earth and a hassle-free online store. Prior to my purchasing a DENON AVR-1909 Receiver with 7.1 surround sound, I had a number of questions, which were answered in detail, at length and to my absolute satisfaction. The receiver was shipped almost immediately and although I expected the package to arrive in about 5-7 business days, it arrived almost immediately (2 days)!!! I have been unable to try out the receiver (construction of our Home Theater has been delayed) I am aware that if I have problems with it, my beef will be with DENON, as the receiver was shipped from their warehouse. In view of the great service I received, I will in future give DAKMART priority over other online vendors!

Dakmart allows 30 day return on ant product less 20% restocking fee in the event that I was not satisfied with my purchase. Damart also enclosed a policy form with address and telephone numbers for customer service. Deliver time was resonably quick. Would recommend dealing with company in future."
