"This was a great price on Shaw flooring, and the floor looks great. The boxes came on a damaged pallet and some were dented on both ends. It took a few emails but the sales manager reordered the two boxes that were marked damaged on the freight delivery receipt. Responses to emails were generally prompt. Some boxes of the flooring come full of little pieces. Very important to open your boxes and mix it up. There is a lot more variation in this flooring than the samples showed, but we love it. Would definitely recommend Dalton Wholesale Floors - even with shipping from GA to AZ they were the best price around."
