"Purchased a large quantity of Bruce Fulton Gunstock Oak hardwood from True Hardwoods. Found them on the internet. I called them to discuss quality of hardwood before purchase and was assured it was top quality. The sales contact was very pleasant so I proceeded with placing order. When the order arrived, it was not packaged as well as it should have been for transportation and about 6 of the boxes were damaged, as a result of trucking firm. I took pictures and sent to True Hardwoods. They asked us to sort the good from the damaged boards and then let them know. We did this and True Hardwoods Fed Ex'd us the replacement boards. They covered the cost of shipping. During the installation, we did find a few "off grade" pcs, that my installer could not use. However, overall the experience with True Hardwoods was very positive and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone."

"I was shopping with a local "wholesale" company here in Houston, they provided us with an education and samples. We were recommended to them by the installer whom we had already selected due to price and recommendations. We found the flooring we wanted, but being a contractor (not residential) I did a search on price and availability. True Hardwoods showed up very competitive and there was no local sales tax.
We paid the Houston company $500 (about what we saved on taxes) for our education, and we liked the flooring so much that we order extra to do the MBR closets. A good example is when we decided after the fact to add a closet to our project. The additional material fell below their limit of 200 square feet, but they waived that requirement because we did recent business with them. We hoped they would feel that way and they didn't disappoint us.

From the first time I called, I could tell that I would be treated with superb service, the phone was answered immediately by Justin, and his lovely southern accent. Called True Hardwoods and discussed the order with "Wade" before placing it on-line. Wade was very patient, answered all my questions, and provided thorough information. Shortly after placing the order on their website I received an invoice. When the order was shipped I received another email to announce the shipping notice with tracking information.

We recently purchased a home and due to allergies we wanted to remove the carpeting and finish the flooring with matching wood in the family room.

In this day and age it is difficult to find companies & employees who go out of their way to help you and give you the service that Seth has provided.
When I spoke to him on the phone he made you feel as if he had known you for years.
