"I ordered 36 cartons of Virginia Vintage Colonial Manor Hobnail on February 1, 2013. The internet site was was easy to place the order and I got an immediate confirmation once the order was placed. We received the shipment in Virginia via Southeast Freight Lines on Thursday, February 7, 2013. The cartons were well packed and no damage was found. The shipment arrived just as promissed by the freight company. I find this company to be first rate and willing to go above and beyond with any questions or problems which may arise. "True Hardwoods sure knows how to please. Back in September,I ordered a kitchen floor with grout as part of an upcoming kitchen renovation. Almost 6 months later, I discovered that due to inaccurate color on my monitor, I ordered the wrong grout color!

Ordering over the phone was very easy and straightforward. We paid for the liftgate delivery, which was well worth the extra $35, especially since there was free shipping on Anderson products. Product arrived very quickly.

"I just received my flooring purchase. I ordered 725 of Somerset Natural Red Oak. OMG, the whole experience was awesome. I read all the reviews and said they really can't be that good. Well they are. From the minute t placed the order to the moment I was delivered there was not a glitch. I am a very difficult consumer. Everybody thought I was crazy for buying such a high ticket item on line. I saved at least .80 a square foot with free shipping. That alone saved me 100.00 because I would have had to rent a truck. I just can't say enough. When the floor is done I'll post photo. "I recently received a shipment of about 450 s/f of engineered flooring. Acompanying the flooring was adhesive and quarter round for the edges. They had miscounted one box (about 20 feet) and the order was short. Also the moulding was accidently left in the truck. True Hardwoods responded very promptly and resolved both problems with an express mailed box which we received in a few days. I was struck by how polite they were and how promptly these issues were resolved. Based on price/shipping/and customer service, they were simply responsive and professional. The order of 340 s/f of starloc aspen slate was well strapped onto a pallet with a 1/2 inch piece of plywood protecting the top, then the whole order was wrapped with plastic stretch wrap.
