True Hardwoods is a family-run business and although there's no online ordering, it's better to call and talk to them about a purchase of this magnitude. I spoke to Justin, who was friendly and helpful, and ordered Monday; flooring was at my house, in excellent condition, Friday. A few pieces were backordered but arrived in a reasonable time.
