I ordered 19 cartons of Bruce hardwood flooring and 5 of the cartons were of an earlier run and the color was too light and not a match for the remaining flooring. The service I received after notifying them of the problem was exceptional. The promptly sent me 5 replacement cartons and arranged pickup of the mis colored cartons. In addition to the great service the price was the best we could find after an extensive search on the web as well as local stores. I highly recommend True Hardwoods."

"I called a lot of local and online stores to get quotes on the hardwood flooring I needed. Truehardwoods was by far the lowest. I didn’t have to pay any taxes since the flooring was delivered outside of Georgia and the delivery charge was very low for the amount of flooring I ordered. After only seeing one review about the company, I was hesitant about ordering from there. I took a chance and ordered the wood flooring anyway since the pricing was so much less than other places. I was very satisfied with the purchase once the flooring was delivered. The delivery came in within a week with slight damage to one of the boxes. Truehardwoods took care of the issue to my satisfaction when I called them. The family owned store is dedicated to customer service and selling great products at low prices. I have yet to open all of the boxes as I’m waiting for my house to be completed before the builder allows me to install the floors. Hopefully I don’t find anymore damaged flooring when I open up the boxes. Overall, I was very satisfied with the purchase and recommend anyone looking for flooring to contact Truehardwoods to get a quote.
