"Prices are fairly high. Website is not user friendly and search engine on site is not reliable. It did take the coupon this time but last time when I had a 20% off coupon, it wouldn't allow me to put it in. In fact the coupon area is poorly designed - it doesn't show a place to put the coupon info like every other site I've ever seen. It only opens up when you click on the apply coupon which makes no sense since you haven't been able to put a coupon in. Also when you move back and forth in the pages and on the checkout - it deletes your information/cart items. And shipping is ridiculous $7.45 to ship an envelope by slowest method possible - 2 covers - probably weighs maybe an ounce."
