"I have been trying to exchange my items since Monday...it is Thursday and no one can give me an answer...this was an order for my mom and she lives in Mexico...she is leaving this weekend and I was promised to receive my items before Saturday... I told them that if I couldn't have it by that date that I wanted a refund, but they told me that I would receive it by that date. Today I finally received a phone call from them informing me that I will not receive my items before Saturday...it will take 4-5 business days to receive them...Now I don't have my money back, and I no longer have time to order my things from another retailer."
