"I purcahsed a good share of the parts I needed for my new water cooling setup from Danger Den. Their prices seemed fair and so did shipping.

I got an email a day or two later with my tracking number and the items arrived on time and well packaged. Will do business with again.

"As usual, great service fron Dangerden. It takes them a little while to ship the product, but it is clearly stated that they ship 3-5 days after placing the order. The only thing I wish they would do is to have an 800 number so that you could contact them by voice, in case of a problem with your order or you would like to change something on your order."

Order was placed on Aug 25 (monday), for second day air. I was wishing for my package to ship asap, and had mailed them for information on my shipping. It turns out that they say "seems like its going out wednesday (sept 28th)." I was in joy! but, i still dont see any tracking or shipping information after that email. Till today Sept 4th. Then ****@**** reply back with a UPS tracking #. WOW? I checked back with ups.com, suprisingly its not in their database? MY ITEMS ARN'T SHIPPED YET! =( I would say for my first experience with dangerden.com. Been very bad, Lack of communication and Slow on Service.
Was fast for them to reply before i had paid, but when i've paid for my Maze3-1 etc. They lost contact with me for awhile and still not shipped?. All I WANT IS MY ITEM for WHAT I hAVE PAID FOR!

"First I would like to comment on the Dangerden (DD) products. I have ordered several DD waterblocks from the DD website as well as other resellers and I can honestly say that they are of the highest quality. What is even more attractive is the reasonable price.

Now for the site itself. I recently ordered straight from the DD site. One thing I did not like about the site was the quirky cart system. Several times, the online cart kept dumping my order. It also kept rejecting my information when I tried to log into my account. At times it would accept it, only to log me out randomly. I have had this problem on previous orders. Another INITIAL turn off was the long delay btwn order and shipping. They ship in approx 2-5 days (usually 2-3), though they do state this on their website.

But despite these, I ENJOY WORKING WITH THIS SITE. Two days after placing my order online, I called their sales number to inquire the status of my order. The wonderful DD representative (I am kicking myself b/c I can not remember her name) explained to me the reason they have a 2-3 day delay: They assemble their blocks PER ORDER. OOoooohhhhh... got it.... makes sense, b/c they have several options per block type that they do not have a huge stock of pre-assembled blocks (esp the unique ones, like my order). This makes the 2-3 day delay more forgivable.
Well, I needed the block by the weekend (it was Thurs when I called) so I asked the DD rep to bump my shipping to overnight. Unfortunately, the Fedex van had already come by their office that day, so I would have to wait till Friday for it to ship out. Moreover, Fedex does not ship on Sat in my area. So the DD rep offered to DRIVE MY PACKAGE 20 MILES PERSONALLY to the nearest post office to have it shipped overnight. All I can say is Thank You. Oh and my client thanks you.... she loves the block.

So in short, this is a great company to work with. My only suggestion is to update the online account/order system. My suggestion to potential buyers: allot ample time for DD to complete your order and shipment. But do not hessitate to order from this company. Their service is as wonderful as their products and both are easy to work with.

"I made 3 orders this year in January and Febuary. They shipped the products on the third day as they promised. I messed up one order and sent an e-mail to correct it.
