"Horrible experience. I was sent a defective product that is of no use to me. Unfortunately, I work at multiple locations, and by the time I was back in the office to assemble the product and realize this, I was beyond the 30 day return period.

I would take full responsibility for the loss if I had a traditional return, but the product was faulty. Not only did I have to file an online claim and make three phone calls (first because their online system was down, then because their return specialist had apparently left the company) before they told me there was nothing they could do, they did not try to offer any alternative solution to the problem. They could write the loss off, by instead I had to eat it. I am disputing the charge with my bank. Never again."
