"Cartridge box inside mailing carton was somewhat crushed, presumably post office handling, but contents intact. Possibly more substantial exterior packaging in future would prevent this.

"They mailed to me the wrong toner cartridges, and they didn't include a return shipping label with the initial order. I had to request the return shipping label with repeated phone calls and emails; it took three weeks to finally get it. I then returned the item and DataBazaar has not credited the account that I used to make the initial order. It has been six weeks. Their customer service office has not responded to my repeated calls and emails.

Suffice it to say, I am not a happy camper. At least for the $55 dollars that they fleeced me out of, I have learned the lesson to never do business with this company again."
