"I've been using this company for a few years. No problems of any kind till the last two orders. Seems customer service has also gone down hill. It was close to a year after ordering (two orders ago) before I needed to replace my ink cartridges. I got a warning on my HP 8500 AIO that they were all out of date. There is NO expiration date on the cartridges or the packaging. Databazaar wouldn't replace them because it had been over 30 days. How was I to know they were out of date till I tried to use them since there was NO expiration date on the product? So I order another set. The yellow cartridge arrives with markings all over it and torn labels. I called. They were willing to exchange it. Since they couldn't resell it, I asked if I could destroy it and send a picture. I didn't want to wait for them to get the defective unit, process it and THEN mail the replacement. No, they wouldn't do that. I tried using it. It worked so I kept it. Didn't use the printer again for 3-4 weeks. Now the yellow isn't working. They are replacing it (I still have to send the old one back) but I've lost faith in the quality of their product and not pleased with customer service. If there is an expiration date for a product, it needs to be ON the product."
