Since it was over 30 days since I bought it, they said they would try and talk to the manufacturer. It has been two weeks since I first called and they have not helped me get any toner since then, despite two follow up calls. I would suggest you write down the number of copies at the start of a toner and then at the end, but it is rare that a whole toner would be used in one month. "
