"Stay away from this company. I ordered several items from them and accidentally put the wrong address (absolutely my fault). After realizing that I put the wrong information, I called them (sat on hold for 15 minutes before being put into a voicemail box) and emailed them BEFORE my items shipped (even according to UPS' tracking information). No response until the following day when I get an email saying that the items have shipped. I contacted customer service via their chat application the morning that I found out that they shipped my order anyways and explained the situation and got nothing but canned responses and excuses. They then informed me that they would charge me a 10% restocking fee! It is not my fault that they ignored my requests for assistance BEFORE the items shipped. If you are smart, you'll never do business with a company that has as little regard for customers as this one does."

"The only issue I had was when I first ordered the item I got a confirmation email about the order....which was good. However, the order confirmation email stated that when the item would be shipped out, I would get another email with a tracking number....I never got that second email. After about a week I finally called Databazaar and they confirmed that it had been shipped out and that I should receive the package within a couple days. I did received the package the next day which was within the time frame that they said it would be.
It wasn't necessarily the issue of not getting the shipping confirmation email, it was just that since I hadn't received the email, I was afraid that it had not been shipped out yet. The item I ordered was part of a gift so I sure did not want it to be late!
