"DBZ E-VENTURE,LLC took my order for 10 boxes of Panasonic KXF-A53/55 Thermal Transfer Ribbons. I bought the American version and was originally told the item was on backorder even though the website said it was in stock. We received only 5 boxes instead of 10. I believe that since each box contains two rolls instead of one, they felt they could send us 10 rolls instead of the 10 boxes (20 rolls) that we ordered. Do not order the boxes with two ribbons inside because they will only send you half the order!"
