They sent me an email stating the replacement had been shipped and another email would be sent with a link to print a return label. After not receiving either, I called and was told the product was not in stock and the order had been cancelled. I was supposed to receive another email with the link for returning the product I received. I still have not received that email. I will not order from this company again."

Cartridges were genuine Epson, although they were the T007 and T008 (instead of the advertised T007201 and T008201). They appear to be the identical cartridge, and if they perform the same, I will order from them again.

"DataBazaar blew an opportunity to make a more than $50 sale off me.

I placed an order for some printheads that I needed, and it was delivered February 28. Inside the box was a coupon for DataBazaar for $5 off a purchase over $50. At 11:15 Central Time I added $50 of items in my cart and tried to use the coupon code. It did not give me any discount, and it seems the reason for that after much investigating is that the system had the coupon expire at midnight EASTERN TIME, thus the coupon's expiration date was not honored for any customers in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time.

This proved very frustrating so I called and left a voicemail immediately so they could see that the timestamp was at 11:15 Central Time. This morning a woman from China called me and told me that DataBazaar would not honor the coupon or give me a new coupon. I emptied my over $50 in supplies from my cart and DataBazaar won't get my business."

"The product arrived damaged due to ridiculously poor packing. But they made it right. I ordered two soft reams of printer paper, which they just tossed in an oversized box without any packing material at all. Of course the corners of the paper packs were bashed and crumpled. It was easy to get to a Customer Service person (outsourced to the Far East, but competent although kept putting me on hold). He pressured me to accept a replacement rather than a refund. The replacement was shipped the next day and arrived promptly. It had a minimum of packing but that was enough to get it here in good condition, and they paid for the return shipment."

Their web site pictured the USA version box and said "At Databazaar we sell only brand new, genuine ink cartridges and toners in their original retail boxes, just like you would buy at the store locally or direct from the manufacturer". Sadly this is NOT TRUE. What I got
was the Epson "FOR USE IN TAIWAN" version, with Chinese? lettering. This is bait and switch in my opinion. Definately NOT available "at the store locally". How come they dont use the Taiwan box picture on their website? They pay much less for the Taiwan version than the USA version, yet the price does not reflect it. I will say I did get
confirming e-mails and quick shipping, just not what I thought (based on their website) I was ordering. If you are looking for the genuine USA version of your cartridge, dont buy from Databazaar.

"Ordered a single replacement toner cartridge for a LaserJet 3150 printer. Received confirmation that the order shipped out via Fed.Exp.ground on 9/13 As of 9/20,I still hadn't received my delivery. Databazaar guarantees delivery within 3 - 5 business days, so I called customer service on 9/20 and advised I hadn't received delivery yet. I was told package is scheduled for delivery on 9/24. When I mentioned that was well beyond the 3-5 days stated in their shipping policy, I was told that they'd have to check with Fed. Exp. and get back to me. Needless to say, customer service never called me back and as of 9/23, I still hadn't received my delivery, so I called yet again. I s/w a different rep this time. She told me the same thing as the rep earlier in the week, only now there was suddenly an unexplained shipping "exception" problem with FedEx. We'll see if she ends up calling me back. Neither representative offered to do anything to either expedite the delivery, or discount the cost of the order for the inconvenience. I should have ordered the cartridge from Costco online for $2 more. While DataBazaar may have very good prices, I am less than impressed with their customer service and responsiveness. "
