"I ordered HP Ink jet cartridges for my B9180 printer and received them on the 14th. I had ordered late in the evening on the 12th and so they did not even start processing my order till the 13th. I received the cartridges on the 14th almost before I got the email confirmation of the shipping. Very fast. I have placed many orders with Databazaar and have never had a single problem. They are fast and reliable."

" I needed a HP 75 ink cartridge and wanted the XL for the extra ink. I priced the units all around and found a pretty much set price so I went on line and found this company. Their price was so good my wife thought it too good to believe. I told her give them a try so we ordeed the HP75 XL inkjet cartridge. I was told I would get it around April 12-15th. I got an email confirmong the order and I was ready to wait. To my surprise the unit got to me in 2or 3 days. It was in the HP box, with HP inner wrappings and was an original unit.
I put it in the printer and it worked perfectly just as it should. I now have a printer again that works perfectly and an XL or extra ink cratridge for the price of the base unit. I got 3 times the prints for the same price. WOW!!!!!!!!!!
I used to refill but with the price of ink and only getting 3 or 4 refills before the cartridge was burnt out not to mention the mess even if small was still a mess, I found it cheaper to buy a cartridge from Databazaar.

As I said my wife was a bit shy to order thinking if the price was so low it could not be real but it was real.
The refilling also means buying the ink that sits for months till I needed it which is a waste and could result in drying up of stock ink so all in all I think my refilling days are over I will DEFINITELY BE A RETURN CUSTOMER.
I am retired on a limited budget so it is great to be able to get the cartridge I needed for such a great price.

If you want a great price, speedy delievery and a great company buy here.
If you want to over pay go to the local retail stores. The difference between time of buying it here or at a lodcal retailer was 2 days, yesa 2 ir 3 days. I held off buying because of the price I only wish I saw their website long ago I am a customer and fan for life.

"My recent experience with Databazaar reads almost like a 'whodunit' mystery novel, with neither one of us at fault, and both of us left scratching our heads at the serendipity of our universe.
Sequence of Events:
1. Black ink cartridge order placed by me with Databazaar.
2. Databazaar promptly delivers it (for free!).
3. I open box to find that black ink from this generic cartridge has leaked out into sealed packaging.
4. Contact Databazaar to report defective cartridge, and they promptly issue an RMA for me to send cartridge back, at no cost to me.
5. Databazaar receives cartridge back from me, but their computer glitches and tells them that I should've returned a 'maroon' ink, not a black one.
6. Many e-mails back & forth, and the issue of the ink color is resolved. Databazaar promptly mails me a new black ink cartridge.
7. Two weeks later, even though the USPS tracking number reports that the new cartridge was delivered to me, I did not receive it...no sirreee.
8. I report this to Databazaar, figuring that they won't believe me. Amazingly, the customer service rep (Nicole) DOES believe me and offers to send me yet another black ink cartridge.
9. I say, "Let me call the Post Office and report this first."
10. The Post Office calls me back and says, "We're so sorry, but your package was mis-delivered and we're getting it to you today."
11. Finally, a month after first ordering this black ink cartridge, and after battling the forces of the universe, my ink cartridge is safely installed in my printer. Success!!

Databazaar's customer service is excellent and above reproach! They stayed with me every step of the way, and even though they had no proof of my honesty, they believed me anyway, and stood ready to make me happy no matter what.

THANK YOU, DATABAZAAR! YOU'VE EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE, AND I'LL HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ALL MY FRIENDS!

"These folks are amazing! After ordering the wrong inkjet cartridge I completed an RMA application online. The response was a mailing label so that I could also return the item postage free! First vendor I know of that does that. While their prices are not always the lowest, DataBazaar has exceeded my expectations and deserves my future business. Just take note of their posted work hours and don't expect to reach anyone by either email or phone when they're not open."

"Obviously I should have checked this website prior to ordering from this company. I ordered several remanufactured ink cartridges for my Canon Pixma. I used several of these cartridges with no problem. Today I installed one of their cartridges after removing it from the sealed packaging, and the customary red light, which indicates a successful installation, did not come on. I also received an Error Message from my machine stating that my machine was not recognizing a cartridge. I removed the cartridge and noticed that it did not have the gold colored metal strips which are neccesary for the cartridge to function. This was clearly a manufacturing defect. I called Databazaar's Customer Service number and was told that since I had purchased this cartridge more than 30 days ago, there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who told me the same thing and then hung up. This manner of "Customer Service" is unacceptable and outright rude. They obviously do not depend upon repeat customers. I will not do business with them again, and would urge anyone else to think twice before placing an order with them. I'll go back to Walmart and pay a little more for the Canon original equipment cartridges. "

"BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a HP56 ink cartridge and once installed I got a printer cartidge error. Databazaar agreed to refund my money but I notified them on 1-20-10 and as of 2-22-10 and several emails later my Paypal acct still has not been credited. They sent email on 1-30-10 telling me I had been credited but it has not showed up on my acct. My last contact with them was on 2-8-10 and they told me 3-5 more business days but as of 2-22-10 still no credit on Paypal. "

"I purchased four refilled printer cartridges. The first one I installed about 60-90 days ago worked fine. The second one I tried to install today, said "wrong cartridge for printer".

I called Databaazar and they told me about their 30 day return policy. Since most of us do not use two color cartridges in 30 days, I asked for help since it is clearly their problem. They Said NO WAY.

I disputed the charge with my credit card company as my only recourse.

Not a good Company - be careful

"I purchased 2 compatible hp 56 ink cartridges and one HP 56 cartridge in NOVEMBER. I received the HP cartridge within a couple of weeks.
I received the 2 compatible cartridges nearly 3 months after the order. They were PAID in NOVEMBER via Credit Card. I have not used them yet, although after reading the other reviews, I am not sure I want to risk it - but will examine them before trying to use them.

DATABAZAAR.COM has lost my business as this was a test order. I do not expect to EVER order from them again.

"I purchased some toner cartridges on 9/8/2010. When I got them in the mail I looked it over and the order seemed to be ok. On 10/14/2010 I went to open my Cyan toner cartridge and had a BIG problem. Even though the box is labeled as a cyan toner cartridge there was an imagining unit inside. And this unit is NOT for my printer. I called and they told me that it was over 30 days they would not exchange it.
This is not my first problems with this company... but it will be my last! I will never do business with them again... and if you choose to ( which I urge you not to) take this advice...

REMOVE all packaging and wrapping from your item to make sure it was what you ordered. Because if it is not... its your problem later and not theirs.

"I ordered a "compatible" high-yield laser toner cartridge for my Brother multi-function machine. Databazaar shipped promptly, but that was the end of my good experience. The cartridge was supposed to yield 3000 copies, but produced only 300 before my Brother gave a "low toner" warning. I called Databazaar to ask for a replacement and they said there is no warranty on the cartidge by either them or the manufacturer. Their website states "100% hassle free warrantee and returns." Could have fooled me. In fact they did. The cartridge life was misrepresented and Databazaar did not stand behind their product. I will never buy from them again and recommend that you do not either."

"I bought a compatible toner cartridge from them. As soon as we installed it and made our first copy, it was clear something was wrong. The printer made a horrible grinding noise and produced horrendous output.
I asked for a refund which they promptly issue. I then ordered an OEM cartridge from them and found that the machine could not produce clean output. I cleaned the drum and printer, and this helped for the first copy, then subsequent copies were dirty.
I asked databazaar.com to send me a replacement drum, as this had obviously been damaged by the faulty toner cartridge. They refused.
I purchased the drum from another company, and immediately was able to produce clean output.
I maintain that they need to reimburse me for the drum, and they refuse.

"I ordered Canon compatible inkjet cartridges from Databazaar and when I tried to use one it would not work. I used the second cartridge and it did work. I called Databazaar and they said they would send me a new cartridge, which they did. When I opened it to use it, the cartridge would not work. I called to get another replacement but they would not replace the second defective cartridge. I have ordered a considereable amount of cartridges from this company but I will never order anything else from them. This company has poor customer service and I will never recommend them to my friends and family again."

"I ordered very expensive Laser Toner for my printer in advance of needing it. I ordered all 4 BMYC. When the time came to use them (2 months later) one of the cartidges was defective. I contacted Databazaar and was told that there was nothing they could do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Customer service sounds like it is from the Phillipines. They took forever to answer. They want you to leave a message and they are not polite at all. When I told them that I had just installed them and they could have it back to see that it hadn't been used hardly at all...they didn't care and said not to order in advance again. I asked what if I wanted to keep stock on these items so as not to run out unexpectedly and the woman said too bad I can not help you.

I will NEVER buy from them again and suggest that you do not either.

"The order of two items is fine, and one thing is that they were very rude to me after I tried to ask for a sales dept. She hanged up on me WITHOUT asking me what I need. I learned that they don't take relay calls from DEAF (or hearing-loss) customers who need to talk to order dept if they prefer to make order thru relay due to security reasons or a complaint dept. They dont provide us equally to other customers. I think I would not order anything from this company unless they provide equal access to us."
