"Ordered a touchpad for my dads birthday next month and datavis assured me that all orders places on touchpads WOULD BE COMPLETED! those are their exact words. I passed on two different oppertunities to score the rare touchpad because DataVis ASSURED ME that no matter what I would get my touchpad. Today I checked the status of my order (2 weeks after i placed it) and it says CANCELED. This was going to be the perfect gift for my father and his business trips and datavis ruined it by making false promises. If datavis would have expressed even a shred of doubt that my order would completed, I would have bought another touchpad from another retailer just in case. They really fu**ed me.....datavis really fu**ed me hard. Please honor the thousands that were screwed by datavis.com and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! they are a terrible company with RUDE employees that LIE."

Could not get response over email, also they refused to correct a typo in my shipping address (not that it ended up mattering)
Also, selling items you cannot deliver violates ebay's TOS. It is baffling that they actually got positive feedback over this mess. I think they may be forging reviews, which would also be in violation of the ebay user agreement. This company should be removed from ebay, or in their very least lose their 'top-seller' status that they seem to be so proud of. "

"Ordered a tablet computer off ebay, they never shipped. Instead they lied on multiple occasions on the availability of their product for over a week and a half. These guys didn't have the product in stock or even ordered before they put the ad up on ebay, breaking the Ebay Terms of Service. They wouldn't give a straight answer to the customers about how much stock if any they had. In the end they ended up bribing people with 20% off coupons to not give them bad feedback on ebay for all 6000+ units they failed to deliver. Buyer beware of these cons. They are out to make the quick buck, then screw over the customer."

Do not use this company for services. I ordered a Vizio sound bar and was told that it would be digital and I was sent analog and came to me busted. When I reported it to Datavision they told me it wasn't their fault and wouldn't apologize.
Customer service is horrible. I had to wait more than 20 minutes each call and ABSOLUTELY no one cared about my complaint.
The worst company I've ever dealt with!!!
When returning the item I had to pay the $27.00 for shipping and Datavision still took over $25.00 as a restocking fee for their busted item.
I wish I could rate them a negative #... 1 star is too good for them.

"I purched an item from this eBay "power seller" through their daily deal. I made the payment via paypal and then realized my address was incorrect. I sent e-mail to their customer support telling them I needed to change the address. They replied with "I am unable to alter. Please let me know if I need to cancel the order. " I told them I do not want to cancel, and asked why they can't change it. They replied that they have to use the address given in paypal. They refunded the transaction so I asked how I should send payment again via paypal. Their reply was then that they do not have them at that price anymore. So even if I would have accepted it at the other address I wouldn't have been able to because they refunded it before our conversation was done."
"I ordered a blue tooth headset from DataVis.com that was significantly lower in price compared to other competitors, including Amazon ($35.99 compared to $59.99). In addition, I even went online and found an online coupon for $5 off that I applied to my order!
After ordering, I was a bit nervous when I decided to look up reviews on this place and saw all the negative reviews. I am pleased to say that my transaction actually was smooth and problem-free. I ordered, got a confirmation email the next day, got a tracking # email a few hours after that one, and received my product from New York just within a few business days. I was actually quite surprised how quick it got here to California! My product was brand-new and worked just as expected. I did not need to call customer service at all, and it was nice to know they at least had a contact phone number on their emails. There are other places I’ve ordered items from where I could not find contact numbers and it was email only.
All in all, a pretty good experience. Hopefully they read the negative reviews from the past and changed their ways.
