"Well, the continuation of my experience originates to 2014-15' when I purchased my first Da Vinci product- The Ascent. Unfortunately, I went through a long-tiring process over the course of 2 years with my device having different malfunctions. I went through 3 devices being shipped back and forth waiting for weeks at a time without my new favorite vaporizer....time's were tough:/ After the third time of it underperforming I just ran out of gas. The device was unused and sits in my drawer collecting dust. I shifted to the blooming vape-pen market and mostly go with the high-quality oil cartridges these days. However, I have been missing the benefits of my dry herbs and aromatherapy in my lifestyle, the itch drove me into a local LA smoke shop where they had the new 'IQ' model and i was impressed but not surprised how much i liked the style/design. I always have. So, fast forward to all of this and I decide to call Da Vinci customer service and see what can be done given my unique experience. Mind you- this is over a year outside any warranty and without much but my word to go off of, I express my interest in the device while asking for an appropriate discount to heal my wounds. My guy, Michael Santos I believe, fielded the call and truly heard me out while expressing his empathy. I appreciated that, but at first he was only authorized to allow a 10% discount on any new product purchase. For me, it was no bueno, I wanted more. I pleaded my case again and asked him to look up the trouble shooting thread from my prior interactions and dig deeper, i was giving the company a another chance to earn my business back over their competitors. Although he was unable to recover that as it was oddly deleted from their files, he took my story to his team and went to bat for me. A few hours later I was granted a store credit that exceeded my expectations and was very happy with. I used that to upgrade for the new 'IQ' model and i'm super stoked to draw beautiful tokes. Long Story short- they came through when it mattered most. I'm Da Vinci for life. Out.
