"Great product I've had my Davinci for 5 years now and I still love it. When I had an issue with it customer service was excellent and very quick to help. That being said, I've had consistent issues with the chargers falling apart. I've probably owned 5 wall chargers and 2 car chargers and none have lasted more than a few months before fraying at one of the ends. I've voiced this problem in the past and have hoped that over the years the quality would improve, but I've seen no significant changes yet. Overall, I love this product and have recommended it to many people I'm just sick of having to spend $20 every few months to replace the charger. By now I could have purchased an Ascent or the IQ."
