Give more product specifications and methods of usage. Direct the customer on best usage practices and create more innovative but low-cost cleansers/care product ie spray bottle instead of wipes, pipette/packer tool that is a bit more sturdy.
Overall, this website seems outdated and there isn't enough marketing material to incentive buyers to purchase your products instead of finding similar ones off of amazon with faster shipping and lower cost.

"I love your products. I have been using an Ascent for 6 years. My first model lasted three years. My past three units, however, developed internal difficulties and stopped heating after a year or less. I have been frustrated by that but rather than give up on you guys when your product performs so well in other ways. I thought I would try the more rugged model. Hope it does better!!
