"I reached out to Davinci Support to try to get a price match on the IQ I just purchased, but never received a call back. I called 3 times, waited on hold for over 30 minutes each time but never got through to a support center tech. On the last attempt I did get a voicemail but no one ever called me back. I am purchasing this as a gift, so I needed to just go ahead and do it, but I'm disappointed that no one got back in touch with me. I would have liked to have saved some money if at all possible on this premium product."

"Placed my order, then got an email with a 10 per cent off coupon. It said, "Complete your order & get 10 % off." Thought the order had been processed already. Tried to call to redeem the coupon. Waited 30 minutes, then told to send an email as they were too busy to take the call. Sent a detailed email but still no response. Same as other customers I've seen here. We'll see how long the order takes. Doesn't look good from what I've seen here. It may be my only order. "

I order everything on the 25 February, my order is still waiting for fullfillement....but everything is fine with the payment. I try to contact them 4 times by e-mail and try to call them all week leaving some vocal message, but they didn't call me back until yesterday, and they don't really give a damn no excuses, nothing, not even a promotion, well, I think is the last time I will make business with them, I am pretty sure the product is good, but the service is really terrible."
