"Love my IQ , the vape quality is superior!! Very sleek and beautifully designed. Very large chamber for herbs which could be a bit much for the single person ( I am excited to try the spacer to solve that problem ) does have a slight ticking noise but I have read that it is normal , does get very hot to the touch and can be quiet slippery .would be awesome if there was some sort of protective cover , and that wouldn't take away from the overall beauty of the IQ. All potential customers, please be advised that the DaVinci Ascent is a terrible rip-off and the company is incredibly unhelpful (actually, completely useless) as far as customer service is concerned. I received an Ascent for Christmas that stopped working after two weeks. It took several weeks of badgering customer service in order to get a return authorization but was finally able to do so. After the Ascent was returned I received an email telling me that they received the return on February 1, 2017. And since then? Nada, zip, zilch. Emails asking about when I might expect the unit back go unanswered. This company is a HUGE RIPOFF with **** products. At this point, I'd prefer to get my money back rather than have a crappy product fixed just so it can break again. The reality is that I'll most likely never get either."
