"The charger for my Ascent broke and I tried to find a replacement from vendors that sell your products. Unfortunately everywhere I checked did not sell a charger. I ended purchasing the car charger because it was less expensive than the wall charger. The price for shipping was a a lot more than I thought it would be. I would suggest allowing the vendors that sell your products to also sell your chargers as well. That way people would not have to wait as long for one to be shipped if they could purchase it in store.Spending almost $30 to to replace a charger for the Ascent seems unnecessarily expensive, but we all have a mortgage to pay."

"First i got to experience Tim's customer service it took him 5 days after my email but service was decent. Mrs. Monica Milkowski wrote me an email and i sent her whatever she asked me for plus i sent her more than 5 emails and called several times to Da Vinci but got no answer, horrible service. Then another Mrs. Monica gave me a good service, i understand she is a supervisor. I have still not received my refound from the first order you canceled, it took me more than 25 minutes to be able to speak to someone and i am placing the order, just hopping i receive my money and my vaporizer. Incredible you guys included Panama on your "black list", compared with Mexico and Colombia...not even close."
