"Wish someone picked up your phone! Had to make a change to my order and I kept getting voicemail! My email was not responded to within the 72 hour time frame. Customer service eventually got back to me and resolved my issue. If you can't get to customers' inquiries in time y'all need to hire more staff.

"The hassle I had to go through to get my IQ was more than I bargained for, especially after having to sign up to a message board not affiliated with this company JUST to get a hold of a representative to deal with my case.
Waiting for upwards to a week to have your order moved up in the queue was nerve wracking, especially since I was ordering it at Christmas and tried my best to get it sorted before then. However the IQ was a hot Item, the christmas season was a hectic time and in the end I got my product under the tree for my friend, she enjoyed it and all is well.
Now I'm not going to sit and criticize you guys for advertising your product when the vast majority thinks you should be working at full tilt to honor all the orders you get; but you'd definitely do yourself a favor in speeding along that process since alot of people are prone to cancelling orders and buying elsewhere.
Outside of that, wonderful product and I hope to be a part of whatever new vaping experience you guys have to offer in the near future. Also, much love for the spacers!

"You spend $150 on their product, you'd think the company would bother sending it to you. I ordered it over a week ago and according to the order status it still hasn't been shipped. I messaged support and they said they were looking into it. Still waiting. Pretty **** at this point."
