"My Ascents are used exclusively and heavily. I have two Ascents, primarily so that I will never have to use combustion to medicate if my Ascent malfunctions. Having another Ascent as a backup is necessary, buttons, batteries, and hardware malfunction with heavy use. What is great is the two year warrenty and the seamless customer service that honors the warranty. I view my purchase as more like a two year lease.
I am very satisfied with my Ascents, and Davinci product development. The new I.Q with its 10 year warranty is the real deal, fewer parts and buttons equals simplicity equals reliabilit IMO "

"I'm very satisfied with the Ascent I customized and purchased over a year ago. I seam to loose the oil jars. Maybe consider making a hard case which could hold the cape and basic accessories such as oil jars spacers cleaning utensils. Also a means of cleaning the chamber end of the glass tube. "
