Great product and service

"My Ascents are used exclusively and heavily. I have two Ascents, primarily so that I will never have to use combustion to medicate if my Ascent malfunctions. Having another Ascent as a backup is necessary, buttons, batteries, and hardware malfunction with heavy use. What is great is the two year warrenty and the seamless customer service that honors the warranty. I view my purchase as more like a two year lease.
I am very satisfied with my Ascents, and Davinci product development. The new I.Q with its 10 year warranty is the real deal, fewer parts and buttons equals simplicity equals reliabilit IMO

"Hi we love your product and now have four Davinci Ascent with one more to buy as a xmas present.

We tell everyone about your fantastic products and encourage those that are interested in a vaporiser to buy the DaVinci Ascent as its the best on the market.

As loyal customers We are hoping you can help us out with one of our vaporisers which was the first we bought which now isnt working and we are really hoping you could help us by looking at it and hopefully repairing it at minimal cost. We just hate seeing the item not working and its always great to have a spare vaporiser around.

Expensive shipping

"I live in Norway. Charging 50 dollars for shipping for a 10 dollar item is crazy.
I'm sending it to the Netherlands which still costs 11 dollars in shipping. Still expensive since I only bought some small accessories.

"I'm very satisfied with the Ascent I customized and purchased over a year ago. I seam to loose the oil jars. Maybe consider making a hard case which could hold the cape and basic accessories such as oil jars spacers cleaning utensils. Also a means of cleaning the chamber end of the glass tube. "
